Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3-5 days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time:

Delivery time may vary depending on the location but typically takes 5-7 business days after processing.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of my products, ALL sales re FNAL.

I do not offer refunds with the exception of an item arrivng damaged.

If your item is damaged upon arrival:

Please email me at jeressaw@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package.

Include a clear photo of damage and your order number.

once confirmed, i will send you a return label to return the damaged item.

I will also send you a replacement at no additional cost to you.
